Come start your weekends off with an all levels yoga class to help you reduce stress, increase flexibility, and find your center.
Yoga means union, and the goal of yoga is to bring about a union between a sound, healthy body, and a clear, peaceful mind by combining postures with breath and intention. Practicing yoga works to stretch and align the body, increase flexibility, reduce stress and anxiety, and promote circulation.
After completing her 200 hour teacher training course in 2014, Ashley started teaching all-levels classes focused on bringing together breath and movement. Throughout class, clear directions will be given, as well as modifications to try to accommodate everyone. Classes will include a variety of postures from warm ups, sun salutations, balance, and sitting postures in a sequenced flow. Focus will be brought to having proper alignment in order to achieve the maximum benefit of each pose. Ashley's intention is to make you move and sweat but also leave class feeling calm and renewed.
